TSELTAL WOMAN COFFEE FARMER
TENEJAPA, CHIAPAS, MÉXICO
Women like this change the
course of history.
Tseltal coffee grower, authenticity in every step, a lot of well done work and a big heart with her family and her community. Her coffee plantation was planted by her father, now she works it with her sisters. We admire Samaria, for what she does, how she does it and her generosity in sharing it.
Tenejapa, Chiapas,

Its coffee, a washed process coffee, harvested at 1600 meters above sea level. Fermented 24 hours in cherry and 48 hours in parchment in the absence of oxygen and dried for 5 days in a patio. You will find in it a molasses sweetness, juicy acidity and a creamy body.
